Calendar

Children's Learning Program calendar does not always follow the Zionsville school calendar. Please note all days we are in session.  We are not in session during holidays or days when Zionsville Community schools are closed due to bad weather.

CLP’s school hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

2024-2025 School Calendar

Fees

2025-2026 tuition is based on a yearly fee and is paid in monthly installments. Tuition payments will be paid by ACH only and will be pulled monthly from the account provided at registration, on the 15th of the month. (August - May) Registration payments will be pulled on July 15th.

Notes

  1. Tuition will not be refunded for non-attendance due to illness, holidays, or for any reason. 

  2. Each January we hold registration for the following school year. Accounts must be current before enrollment for the next school year can be accepted.

  3. Any electronic fees that should occur will be forwarded to you.

  4. For income tax purposes, Children's Learning Program's federal ID number is: 35-1310562.

Registration fees cover:

  • Food (Snacks), Juice, Supplies

  • All items/paper etc. for crafts

  • Books (3's through Kindergarten)

  • Recreational equipment

Tuition fees cover:

  • Teacher's salaries and continuing education -Seminars and CPR Training

  • Postage/Office

  • Dues/Subscriptions

  • Hospitality

  • Janitorial/Phone

Fees can vary year to year. Please see the current registration forms for the correct years' fees.
